Decadent Double Chocolatey Dream Pudding
Ingredients
- (1) 32 ounce package Soy Dream® Enriched Chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 7/8 cup corn starch
- 150g dark chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, or to taste
Instructions
- Mix corn starch with about 1/5 (or 6 ounces) of the chocolate soy milk to create a smooth slurry.
- Bring the remaining chocolate soy milk to boil and add the sugar.
- When boiling slowly, stir in the starch mixture.
- Continue to boil for a minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in the dark chocolate and salt until chocolate is dissolved.
- Moisten the inside of a pudding mould with water.
- Pour chocolate pudding into mould and let cool.
