Chocolate Peanut Butter Soy Dream® Frozen Pie

Serves 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 Arrowhead Mills® Chocolate pie shell
  • 4 cups Soy Dream® chocolate frozen dessert, softened
  • 2 cups of Soy Dream® vanilla frozen dessert, softened
  • ½ cup Arrowhead Mills® peanut butter
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Spread softened chocolate Soy Dream® frozen dessert in bottom of Arrowhead Mills® chocolate pie crust and freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, combine the peanut butter with the softened vanilla Soy Dream® frozen dessert and blend well.
  3. Spread peanut mixture over chocolate Soy Dream® frozen dessert in crust and top with remaining peanuts.
  4. Cover and freeze for at least 6-hours.
  5. Let stand at room temperature for 10-minutes before slicing and serving.
