Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Arrowhead Mills® Buttermilk Pancake Mix
  • ¾ cup Almond Dream™
  • ½ teaspoon powdered cinnamon
  • 1 15oz can cooked diced Apples

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°F
  2. Make pancake mix according to package instructions, incorporating Almond Dream™ and cinnamon.
  3. Drop half your measure of batter into prepared heated griddle or skillet, gently spread on a tablespoon or more of cooked apples and top with remaining measure of batter.
  4. Cook each pancake until golden on both sides.
  5. Cook remaining batter in same way and stack pancakes as you go keeping them warm in the oven.
